Salon KB is: Kacy Bott

Salon KB & Company has re-opened for business!  However, given ongoing unpredictable economic conditions, Salon KB has taken the very challenging but necessary step of "returning to its roots" (no pun intended).

What does that mean?
Salon KB is, has always been, and will continue to be the professional enterprise of Kacy Bott.  She has enjoyed the last 12 years working alongside many wonderful team members.  However, the time has come to move forward as a solo operation.

Now, when you make a reservation with Salon KB, you are making a reservation with Salon Owner and Redken Certified Master Hair Colorist and Hair Designer, Kacy Bott (The original Salon KB), who will treat you with nothing less than 5-Star Customer Service.  Details about Kacy below.

Currently, Public Health of Madison and Dane County policies stipulate that our industry operates within "Phase 2 Guidelines" at 50% capacity and with utmost focus on sanitation and safety.  Therefore, we continue to take many precautions (requiring guests and staff to wear masks, providing lots of hand sanitizer, and carefully cleaning the Salon in-between guest visits).  This results in Salon KB serving guests as safely as possible, yet more slowly than in the past.  Kacy appreciates your understanding this when making your next reservation.

Kacy cannot wait to see you as soon as she can!
